20 years of Estonia

Because of a severe economic crisis, Estonian government back in 1990 issued us with coupons to buy basic goods like soap (2 varieties: for hands & home use), sugar, flour, washing powder and alcohol (under 20 and over 20 degrees proof). The coupons were worth than money (still Russian roubles). At the same time government was looking into evacuating people in winter from apartment homes in many regions of our capital, as there was no fuel & energy for heating. An average salary was ~20 dollars per month.
